Operational Overview
This build is for all those twin seaters that nearly all airforces have and most people learn to fly in.They can be from the Cessna to the F-14 tomcat

The Rules and Regs
1. Must be built in the time frame
2. All planes must have two seats
3. Can be of any nation
4. Kitbashing is O.K.
5. No Helicopters

Contest Element
